1. Service Nature
MM Chamana Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. provides real estate services such as:
- Property consultation
- Buying and selling assistance
- Rental assistance
- Property management
- Investment guidance
- Documentation support (if applicable)
Since real estate services involve professional time, coordination, and third-party involvement, refunds may not always be possible once the service has started.
2. Cancellation Policy
a) Consultation / Enquiry Requests
- You may cancel a scheduled consultation by informing us at least 24 hours in advance.
- If cancelled within 24 hours, rescheduling may be offered based on availability.
b) Service Engagement Cancellation
If you have formally engaged our services (for buying, selling, renting, property management, or consulting) and wish to cancel:
- You must notify us in writing via email or WhatsApp.
- Cancellation will be accepted only if no major work has started.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds depend on the type of service and the stage of work.
a) Free Consultation
- Free consultations do not involve any payment, so refunds do not apply.
b) Paid Consultation / Service Fees (If Applicable)
If you have paid any consultation or service fee:
- Refund requests will be considered only if the service has not yet started.
- If the service has started (property shortlisting, visits scheduled, documentation support initiated, negotiation started, etc.), refunds may not be applicable.
c) Booking / Token Amounts
If you have paid any booking or token amount through us:
- Such payments may be governed by the property owner / developer / third party terms.
- MM Chamana Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. will assist you, but refunds are subject to the respective seller/developer policies.
4. Non-Refundable Charges
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Documentation processing charges
- Property visit coordination charges (if any)
- Any third-party service fees already paid
- Marketing or listing charges for sellers (if any)
5. Refund Processing Time
If your refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Amount will be refunded to the original payment method where possible.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be reflected on this page.
